The DIRECTV Ad Sales organization is seeking a Senior Account Executive responsible for driving revenue generation across a portfolio of Client and Agency accounts. In this role, you will partner and work collaboratively with sales, partnerships, business development, and data science teams across categories, focused specifically on our DIRECTV Advertising portfolio of products.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Drive revenue and growth across our Advanced TV and OOH products.
  • Build and manage deep relationships across partners and clients.
  • Be a consultant to client’s business by developing and providing solutions to drive TV/OOH objectives and achieve KPIs.
  • Organize client meetings and conduct sales calls to build a sales pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Communicate regularly with programmatic trading, account management, and sales planning teams on partner performance and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with various support groups to run point on building account specific strategies and create consultative sales presentations that represent our platforms.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial meeting to final campaign wrap presentation.
  • Assist on new and innovative projects and initiatives to grow revenue for the company.
  • Accountable for forecasting and accurate pacing against revenue goals using Salesforce. Be able to provide readouts on business based on current and future state.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, business development, and business analytics) providing client and marketplace feedback to improve and deliver innovative solutions.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years required, 5+ years desired of Ad Sales experience, or similar fields relative to the role. 
  • Background in Digital Video Advertising, CTV Streaming, Programmatic, and Advanced TV Ad Sales is required.
  • Strong existing relationships with Regional/Local and Retail Media platforms a plus.
  • Effective leader, strategist, and communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.

May require a background check due to job duties requiring routine access to DIRECTV and DIRECTV customer’s proprietary data. Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction will be considered for employment in accordance with local ordinances and state law.

This role requires but is not limited to 30%+ travel.

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the contiguous United States, with preference in the Southeast region. #LI-Remote

DIRECTV's compensation structure is designed to be market-competitive and fully supports efforts to attract and retain employees. It is the company's policy to offer pay that is competitive with other employers in the local market. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $134,363 - $244,036

Low (N1): $134,363 - $201,595

Mid (N2): $141,435 - $212,205

High (N3): $155,579 - $233,426

Top (N4): $162,650 - $244,036
