About Insight Health

Insight Health builds AI-powered clinical intelligence designed to reduce administrative burden and help clinicians deliver better care. Built by clinicians, for clinicians, our platform integrates directly into complex, real-world healthcare workflows — including legacy EHR environments.

Backed by top-tier investors and led by experienced founders, we are entering a new phase of GTM growth. Our team recently gathered for an offsite in Spain to align on product vision and scale our enterprise motion — and we’re building intentionally.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new health system and large medical group partnerships.

This is a high-impact role for a seller who knows how to navigate long, complex buying cycles and multi-thread across clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders. You will own the full sales cycle and help shape our enterprise GTM strategy as we scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Close net-new Enterprise healthcare accounts

  • Lead complex discovery across clinicians, operations, IT, compliance, and executives

  • Navigate security reviews, integrations, and procurement processes

  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to scope technical requirements

  • Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline with disciplined forecasting

  • Contribute to refining enterprise messaging and sales playbooks

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS closing experience

  • Proven success in complex, consultative sales cycles (6–12+ months)

  • Experience selling into health systems, clinical ops, or technical buyers

  • Strong multi-threading and executive communication skills

  • Consistent quota attainment in growth-stage companies

Why Insight Health
  • Mission-driven AI product clinicians genuinely advocate for

  • Founders with deep clinical and technical credibility

  • Meaningful equity and strong enterprise upside

  • Opportunity to help define our Enterprise motion at a pivotal stage
