Job DescriptionSr. Advisors for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Design and develop models, optimization algorithms and highly scalable processes for marketing measurement and audience activation. Use big data analytical tools to process and extract data from data processing platforms. Perform software development. Adapt and use commercial and open-source statistics and data mining packages for R&D production environment. Investigate online identities, design clustering algorithms and perform online identity resolution. Establish deterministic and probabilistic linkages between data sources and developing ways to extract and summarize actionable information from data using statistical, data mining, and machine learning techniques. Develop machine learning algorithms for online and offline identity resolution. Technical environment: SQL, HiveSQL, Spark, Python, Scala, R, and Matlab; Java; deep learning.

*Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or any Engineering field plus two years of experience as a Data Scientist or in analytics required. Required skills: Experience designing & developing models, optimization algorithms and highly scalable processes; Investigating online identities, designing clustering algorithms & performing online identity resolution; SQL, HiveSQL, Spark, Python, Scala, R, Matlab; Java; machine learning. Telecommuting permitted. (*Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or any Engineering field plus five years of progressive experience as a Data Scientist or in analytics also acceptable).
