Job Responsibilities
- AMHS and Scheduling System Integration
- Deeply integrate production scheduling systems with existing AMHS to ensure stable, reliable, and high-performance operation
- Manage data and control flow between MES /MCS , scheduling, and AMHS systems to enable real-time material movement and decision making
- Identify and resolve system integration issues to minimize transport latency and operational disruptions
- System and Performance Optimization
- Lead continuous improvement of AMHS system performance, including:
- Software architecture and control logic
- Transport and dispatching strategies
- System parameters (e.g., buffer management, priorities, reservations, traffic control rules)
- Analyze system data to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput, cycle time, and overall fab efficiency
- Collaborate with AMHS hardware and MCS teams while remaining focused on system-level and software-driven improvements
- Lead continuous improvement of AMHS system performance, including:
- AI-Based Dispatching System Development
- Support the design, development, and deployment of AI-based dispatching systems for AMHS
- Integrate machine learning and optimization algorithms to improve vehicle assignment, routing efficiency, and intelligent scheduling
- Validate AI models in real fab environments, ensuring robustness, scalability, and sustainable performance gains
- Cross-Functional and Vendor Collaboration
- Act as a technical interface between fab users, IT teams, and AMHS vendors
- Drive system enhancement projects from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with schedule, quality, and performance targets
