Senior Business Systems Analyst – Banking Servicing Platforms & AI Enablement


Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in agent-facing servicing applications and core banking system integrations. The role focuses on defining requirements for internal platforms used by customer service and operations agents, ensuring seamless integration with backend banking systems. The role also offers opportunities to identify and support AI-enabled capabilities that improve servicing efficiency, fraud detection, and operational automation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and document functional requirements for agent-facing servicing applications used by call center and operations teams.
  • Define system integrations and APIs between servicing platforms and core banking systems.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with engineering teams to deliver enhancements to agent desktop workflows and customer servicing tools.
  • Analyze operational workflows to improve agent productivity and servicing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with data and technology teams to identify opportunities where AI or machine learning can enhance operational processes, such as fraud detection, customer support automation, or operational analytics.
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Experience in 1 of the below 3 domains:
    • Agent facing UI system and Core banking backend and interfaces
    • Fraud domain, particularly in managing enterprise-level solutions for fraud detection and prevention
    • KYC
  • Support testing, validation, and release of new capabilities

Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 133,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full-time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
