Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to drive strategic operations for the GET (Growth Experience Technology) organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will partner closely with engineering, product, design, and cross-company leadership to ensure GET teams operate effectively at scale.

You will lead programs that enhance how the organization builds skills, shares knowledge, aligns on priorities, and documents decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who excels in complex environments, brings clarity to ambiguity, and is passionate about enabling technical teams to do their best work. This role operates with significant autonomy, leads complex multi-team initiatives, and influences senior leaders across GET and partner organizations. If you are energized by enabling technical teams to scale efficiently and thrive in dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you.

This position will report to the Chief of Staff in the GET organization, and it will be 100% remote in the U.S. or in Canada.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations & Org Rhythm

  • Support the SVP, Chief of Staff in shaping and running GET’s operational cadence
  • Partner with GET leadership to design and streamline cross-functional processes that improve delivery velocity and team alignment.
  • Drive special projects and strategic initiatives that advance GET’s long-term goals.

Skill-building & Talent Development Programs

  • Build and execute an up-skilling strategy across GET, with an emphasis on engineering and product capabilities.
  • Identify skill gaps and design programs that support continuous learning at scale.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Define and implement GET’s documentation strategy, ensuring teams have access to clear, standardized, and discoverable information.
  • Establish best practices, templates, and tooling for technical and operational documentation.
  • Improve onboarding experience and organizational transparency through better knowledge flows.

Decision & Governance Frameworks

  • Build and manage GET’s organization-wide decision logs, ensuring decisions are well-documented, communicated, and accessible.
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders to align on governance practices that increase clarity, accountability, and execution consistency.
  • Facilitate decision-making forums and ensure follow-through on outcomes.

Insights & Operational Excellence

  • Identify operational friction points, and design solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across GET.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in business operations, technical operations, program management, and/or strategy roles supporting large software or technology organizations.
  • Ability to operate at senior manager scope: leading multi-team programs, influencing senior leaders, and driving change in complex environments.
  • Experience establishing operational frameworks in engineering or product environments.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset; skilled at identifying patterns and designing scalable operational solutions.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, including with senior leadership.
  • Ability to lead through influence and navigate ambiguity across global, matrixed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in SaaS, cloud transformation, platform engineering, developer tools, or customer-growth technologies.
  • Prior success standing up documentation, governance, or up-skilling frameworks for technical organizations.
  • Comfort working in high-growth or transformation-heavy environments.
