About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Systems Engineer with deep exposure to supply chain and operations workflows. This role will focus on designing, building, and supporting ERP customizations that power procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate partners closely with business stakeholders to translate supply chain requirements into scalable NetSuite ( or Tier 1 ERP) solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and support supply chain related workflows including procurement, inventory management, demand and Supply planning, and manufacturing. 
  • Support Assembly Builds, Work Orders, BOMs, and site consumables processes. 
  • Develop custom records, scripts, workflows, saved searches, and SuiteFlow automations
  • Design, develop, and maintain customizations using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x and SuiteFlow
  • Integrate NetSuite with external systems such as WMS, TMS, planning tools, and vendors using REST, SOAP, EDI and/or middleware platforms
  • Develop NetSuite enhancements related to direct procurement and MRP, system configurations for Direct procurement flows like item setup, PO creation, Blanket POs, vendor assignment, receiving, and inventory.
  • Support NetSuite upgrades, testing cycles, and deployment activities, create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to admins and users.
  • Collaborate with the business to prioritize enhancements, bug fixes, and automation, handle user roles and permissions, and workflow configurations.
  • Experience Implement and execute IT Controls for SOX.
 Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Supply chain related engineering field.
  • 5+ years experience in a technical role with deep experience in Supply chain areas with procurement, MRP and inventory in capital-heavy business like manufacturing or Data centers. 
  • Familiar with inventory costing principles and 3-way match processes, knowledge of multi location inventory and warehouse transfers. 
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills building and building customizations using SuiteFlow, Suitescript and supporting integrations with NetSuite. 
  • Experience integrating with 3PLs over EDI, using platforms like Workato/ Orderful
  • Experience with NetSuite modules such as Advanced Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, MRP and SCM
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non technical stakeholders, troubleshooting production issues and provide root cause analysis and long term fixes
  • Ability to balance tactical support with strategic system improvements, comfortable working in fast paced, evolving environments
  • Knowledge of Procurement Automation tools like Squareworks is a big plus. 
  • Experience with Tier1 ERPs like SAP and Oracle is a plus, Data center experience is a plus. Experience of AI use for addressing use cases in Supply chain areas is a big plus.

The base salary range for this role is  $165,000 - $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
