Expectations:

The Sr Clinical Quality Analyst is responsible for high quality data analytics which support Huntington Hospital’s need for analytical tools, and solutions that are generated by Quality Management, Infection Prevention, Employee Health, and the Huntington Ambulatory Care Center (collectivity referred to as QM in this document). The Analyst understands how data is turned into information and knowledge, and how the knowledge supports and promotes continuous improvement in quality care and patient safety throughout the Huntington Hospital enterprise. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science, Biostatistics, Data Science or related fields. Equivalent experience will be considered.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
3 - 5 years’ experience in the healthcare provider industry.
2 - 3 years’ experience utilizing programs such as: NHSN, Tableau, Microsoft Office 365, advanced level Excel, MD-Staff, Verge, Theredoc or similar.
3 – 5 years use of statistical software (emphasis on Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, T-tests, predictive modeling). EPIC Certification (current).
3 - 5 years direct experience in use of SQL, Clarity, Crystal Reports or similar.

Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $116,604.80 - $174,886.40.

Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
