What You'll Do:
  • Design, build and implement scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud-based solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Help govern and maintain various SaaS environments in Azure.
  • Collaborate with architecture and information security teams to design, implement, and enforce cloud security policies and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain cloud security best practices to ensure secure use and protection of company resources and data.
  • Automate and streamline cloud infrastructure deployments and processes using scripting languages, configuration management, and Infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
  • Monitor and resolve any cloud-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Automating common operational tasks to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with Azure best practices and with First Advantages architectural and services standards.
  • Manage and optimize Azure resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and perform occasional after-hours support.

What You'll Need to be Successful: 
  • 7-10 years of experience working in an Agile, Software development and DevOps process
  • Experience with different CI/CD pipeline orchestrators including Azure Devops, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Extensive experience with Azure cloud native services required (function app, container apps, web apps, storage accounts)
  • Extensive experience in Azure Networking (VWAN, Front door, Plateway, etc)
  • Preferred experience in designing and implementing highly available systems and infrastructure configurations in Azure.
  • Strong experience developing IaC using Bicep, ARM templates, or terraform.
  • Strong expertise in at least 2 of these languages: C#, JVM dialects, JavaScript/NodeJs, Typescript, Python
  • Role will be part of a rotational on-call schedule

The salary range for this position is approximately $110,000-140,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
