About the Role

Position Summary

We are a healthcare technology company providing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services and AI-powered automation solutions to healthcare organizations. We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to manage contracts, support litigation activities, coordinate with outside counsel, and assist with compliance and legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer, vendor, and partner contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, execution, and renewals.
  • Support active litigation matters and serve as the liaison with outside counsel.
  • Maintain legal files, corporate records, and contract repositories.
  • Track legal deadlines, compliance requirements, and risk-related activities.
  • Assist with subpoenas, audits, legal requests, and document production.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for leadership on legal matters.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of paralegal, legal operations, contracts administration, or related experience.
  • Experience with contract management and litigation support.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Healthcare, RCM, or technology industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

  • Legal matters are organized, tracked, and proactively coordinated.
  • Outside counsel relationships are effectively managed.
  • Leadership has clear visibility into legal risks and obligations.

Location & Hours: Remote

Hours Monday-Friday 8am-430pm CT

Flexible working hours may be required based on business
