What you will do

The Sr. Customer Activation Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving business outcomes through people, process, and execution. This role sets direction for executing online and digital marketing programs across our entire Kenvue portfolio, translates strategy into actionable plans, and leads cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results. The Senior Manager balances long‑term vision with short‑term execution while developing high‑performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

·         Set strategic direction and goals aligned to Kenvue enterprise and departmental priorities

·         Lead, coach, and develop managers and senior individual contributors

·         Own delivery of key initiatives, programs, or business outcomes end‑to‑end

·         Translate business strategy into operational plans, roadmaps, and KPIs

·         Partner cross‑functionally with Customer Strategy partners, Customers (Retailers), Brand Teams, Finance Teams and other stakeholders

·         Drive continuous improvement through data, insights, and best practices

·         Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for assigned scope

·         Identify risks and opportunities; proactively recommend and implement solutions

·         Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders

·         Foster an inclusive, accountable, and high‑performance culture

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·         Minimum 8-12+ years of proven experience in Shopper Marketing, managing digital marketing and Shopper Marketing programs at large Retailers

·         University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Marketing or related field

·         Proven track record of successfully managing Shopper Marketing, Retail Media digital marketing campaigns

·         Proven track record of successfully managing teams

·         Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategy

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desired Qualifications

·         Demonstrated success in guiding business partners through complex processes

·         Strong understanding of CPG, Retailer & Retail Media methods and practices

·         Ability to conceptualize across multiple platforms and drive innovative solutions

·         Excellent visual, written, and oral communication skills

·         In-depth knowledge of digital retail media and cultural trends

·         Experience in Consumer Package Goods industry

·         Proficiency in leveraging design thinking in a tactical business context

·         Experience leading large‑scale transformation or change initiatives

·         Experience working in a matrixed or enterprise‑scale organization

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$153.850,00 - $217.200,00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
