About The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned operations-focused professional with deep expertise in the transportation and logistics industry to join our Customer Success team supporting the entire customer lifecycle, from new customer onboarding to ongoing customer usage and experience. Our Sr. Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in supporting new customer deployments of our SaaS platform, serving as a trusted partner building relationships and championing change across client operations teams as they integrate our platform into their day-to-day workflows and continuously derive value from our solution

This role sits at the intersection of operations, change management, and client relations. Working closely with a team of project managers and technical integration engineers, you’ll partner directly with customer stakeholders to drive adoption, operational alignment, and sustained organizational change. You will collaborate both remotely and get out on the road up to 50% of the time.  If you are eager to champion operational change utilizing technology to transform trucking operations while remaining deeply connected to the industry, this could be the role for you. 

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge: In depth understanding of carrier operations, fleet management, and logistics execution.
  • Innovative Thinking: Demonstrated experience driving operational improvements and change management in the transportation industry. A passion for process improvements, organizational excellence and seeing real-life impact of solutions.
  • Leadership: Director level experience across carrier fleet operations, dispatch, network planning, capacity planning, etc. 
  • Relationship Builder: Placing value on client relationships with a focus on understanding pain points, blockers, and business outcomes. 
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with operations, IT, and executive stakeholders
  • Proficiency: Microsoft Excel for reporting and operational tracking. 
  • Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, and excited to jump into a fast paced startup environment.
  • Project/Deadline Focus: Demonstrated ability to hit specific project milestones on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the operational liaison between the customer and the internal deployment and technical teams throughout new client implementations.
  • Translate the voice of the customer across operational processes, turning challenges into wins.
  • Drive change management efforts within client organizations to encourage new ways of thinking and working.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer operations leaders and frontline teams. You’ll both present strategic insights remotely and travel to customer locations to support training, adoption, and executive alignment.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process adjustments to maximize solution impact and expand on structured workflows aligned with our SaaS platform.
  • Partner closely with technical project managers and integration teams to ensure data and system alignment.
  • Analyze operational data in Excel to support deployment decisions, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Understanding of TMS, telematics platforms, transportation analytics systems, or optimization tools.

Pay Range
$130,000$160,000 USD
