The Sr. Data Analyst will analyze product telemetry and business systems data, design data models, write SQL queries, and ensure data quality to support decision-making.
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Analyst with experience analyzing observability product telemetry data combined with enterprise application data such as Salesforce (SFDC), ERP/financial systems, consumption, and renewals data. This role will focus on data exploration, modeling, and analysis to drive insights that support product, growth, and customer success focused operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale product telemetry data (Observability) to integrate it with Snowflake data warehouse and business application data (SFDC, ERP financials, consumption, renewals) to deliver actionable insights.
- Design and build analytical data models that support reporting, analysis, and downstream consumption. Perform deep data profiling on high-volume datasets to understand trends, anomalies, and data gaps.
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries (Snowflake preferred) to support analytics and business use cases.
- Define, automate, implement, and monitor data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of analytical datasets.
- Partner closely with business SMEs, data engineers, and other analytics stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Communicate findings clearly through presentations, documentation, and dashboards, tailoring insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst working with product telemetry and business systems data (e.g., SFDC, ERP/financial systems, consumption, renewals).
- Strong expertise in SQL, including complex analytical queries; Snowflake experience strongly preferred.
- Solid foundation in data modeling for analytics and reporting use cases.
- Demonstrated experience working with large, voluminous datasets, including profiling and validation. Hands-on experience establishing and maintaining data quality frameworks and checks.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams. Experience presenting analytical findings and insights to stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with big data techniques and analytical best practices at scale.
- Experience in SaaS metrics.
- Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or data validation.
- Exposure to modern data platforms and cloud data ecosystems.
