About Us

Nebulock is the hunt-first security operations platform. We are on a mission to bring proactive security to every security team. By the time an alert fires, it's already too late. Nebulock hunts continuously, focusing on behaviors rather than IOCs, so teams can reduce dwell time and prevent human and agentic threats before they become incidents.
Backed by $34M in funding led by FirstMark, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Decibel, Zetta, Step Function, and In-Q-Tel, we are growing quickly and already delivering real results for enterprise security teams. Our founding team comes from CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, and Arctic Wolf, and we are working at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity where the problems are both hard and deeply consequential.
We are looking for mission-driven teammates who value autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Position Overview

Nebulock is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and run the programs that turn marketing activity into qualified pipeline and revenue. This is a founding role on the marketing team reporting to the Head of Marketing for an operator who can build, launch, optimize, and scale demand generation programs across account-based marketing and content activation. You will own the execution of marketing programs that directly create and accelerate enterprise pipeline, working hand-in-hand with Sales, SDRs, and Partnerships. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Event Marketing, Revenue Operations, and the Web team to bring campaigns to market, engage target accounts, and optimize the buyer journey. You will have access to AI tools to accelerate the way you work, not dictate how you do it. Success in this role is measured by pipeline creation, opportunity generation, channel efficiency, and revenue impact.

Expected Impact
  • Own pipeline generation across account-based marketing, content activation, and campaign execution

  • Build, launch, and optimize demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth across channels

  • Turn intent signals and content into qualified pipeline while continuously improving performance and efficiency

  • Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to align campaigns to territory strategy, target accounts, and pipeline goals

  • Define and track demand gen performance, building reporting and attribution models that connect programs to pipeline and revenue

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Event Marketing, and the Web team to bring campaigns to market and amplify broader campaign themes

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a meaningful portion spent in cybersecurity

  • Proven track record building and scaling programs that directly drive pipeline and revenue in an enterprise sales motion

  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity buyer journey, including both executive decision-makers and technical practitioners

  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies, marketing automation, CRM, and attribution platforms

  • Strong project management skills and a commercial mindset focused on measuring success through pipeline and revenue rather than marketing activity

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, building programs and processes where none exist

  • Ability to adapt, iterate, and ship quickly

Nice to Haves
  • Experience building a demand generation function from scratch at a startup or early-stage company

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, AEO, and content-led growth strategies

  • Experience managing paid media programs (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting)

  • Familiarity with intent data platforms (Bombora, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar)

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package comprised of a base salary, equity and comprehensive benefits. The base salary for this role is $150,000 to $200,000. Compensation packages are determined based on a number of factors including but not limited to, role related experience, skillset, and geographic location.

Benefits
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Remote working flexibility

  • Life Insurance

  • 401k
