Senior Full-time • Remote (US) • $170,000-$180,000 USD

About Rebrandly

Rebrandly is the leading platform for branded link management, helping businesses create, track, and optimize their branded short links. Established in Italy in 2015, we've operated as a remote-first company since inception. Our global team serves tens of thousands of customers in over 30 countries, trusted by brands like Versace, Toyota, PayPal, and Zillow.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive qualified SMB demos and pipeline for our sales team, while also accelerating paid conversions in our product-led funnel.

As a senior IC reporting to our Head of Marketing, you'll own demand generation, website optimization, and paid acquisition—with direct accountability for demo volume, pipeline quality, and paid account growth. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

What You'll Do

  • Develop targeted acquisition strategies – Build persona-specific campaigns to reach companies running SMS messaging campaigns who need short links and companies using competitor solutions
  • Launch multi-channel campaigns – Orchestrate integrated campaigns across paid media, content partnerships, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives that drive awareness and new visitor acquisition
  • Lead paid acquisition – Launch and optimize campaigns through search, social, and display with a focus on pipeline generation and maximizing ROAS
  • Execute ABM programs – Create and run account-based campaigns targeting high-value SMB segments with personalized messaging and creative that generate a qualified pipeline
  • Own Rebrandly.com as a growth lever – Continuously improve landing page performance, form conversions, and demo request rates through structured A/B testing and user experience enhancements
  • Drive data-driven optimizations – Analyze attribution models, funnel analytics, and cost-per-demo economics to prioritize high-impact opportunities and improve conversion rates
  • Influence growth strategy across the organization – Act as a strategic thought partner across internal teams, sharing best practices, and collaborating closely to identify and execute on growth opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Proven SMB lead generation experience – 6+ years driving high-volume, qualified demos and pipeline in B2B SaaS, ideally targeting marketing or SMS buyers
  • Paid search expertise – Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Linked  and LinkedIn/Meta campaigns optimized for lead gen and demo conversions, not just clicks
  • Conversion optimization obsession – Track record improving landing page conversion rates, form completion, and demo request quality through rigorous testing
  • Lead quality focus – You understand how to balance volume with quality, can work with sales to define ICP, and optimize campaigns for SQLs not just MQLs
  • Data-driven execution – Comfortable with attribution models, cost-per-demo economics, and demo-to-pipeline conversion analysis
  • Fast executor – You launch campaigns quickly, test aggressively, and iterate based on what drives actual pipeline

Why Join Our Team:

  • Rebrandly provides its full-time US employees with comprehensive benefits, including:
    • Uncapped, flexible PTO
    • Medical, Dental, and Vision health insurance plans with large company contribution (90% for both employees and dependents!)
    • Supplemental benefits: STD, LTD, Life and AD&D Insurance, HSA or FSA, and Talkspace
    • Roth and Traditional 401(k) plans with company match
  • Professional development budget for continued learning
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible hours
  • Collaborative team culture with significant autonomy and ownership
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth and customer success

Rebrandly is an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
