Job Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Paid) leads the planning, execution, and optimization of advanced digital marketing initiatives to drive Socure’s brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams—including content, design, product, and analytics—to deliver data-driven campaigns across digital channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is expected to demonstrate expertise in digital marketing strategy, analytics, and leadership, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as paid search, display, social media, email, and web.

  • Lead the planning, launch, and optimization of digital campaigns to support product launches, demand generation, and brand initiatives.

  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and implement optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure digital assets are compelling, on-brand, and tailored to target audiences.

  • Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources, and oversee relationships with external vendors and platforms.

  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches.

  • Mentor and guide junior digital marketing team members, sharing expertise and fostering professional growth.

  • Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven ability to lead integrated campaigns and manage budgets independently.

  • Advanced expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Analytics, marketing automation).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive data-informed decisions.

  • Project management and organizational abilities, with experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Leadership and mentoring abilities.
