Position: Sr. Director, Change Management

The Sr. Director of Change Management will work with the Operations leadership to design and implement a successful change management strategy to be deployed at the project/program, portfolio, and enterprise level. This role will coordinate with all delivery teams and key enterprise leadership to minimize negative impacts of change by leveraging proven Change Management methodologies and by deploying change management and communications as a matter of course. This individual will keep people at the center of change and build out the organizations capabilities to enact change efficiently, effectively, and with minimal resource abrasion.

Responsibilities
  • Design, create, maintain, and continually improve the organization’s capabilities to enact Change Management at the project/program, portfolio, and Enterprise levels.
  • Ensure Change Management Strategy minimizes disruption and abrasion – identifying points of conflict or synergy across projects/programs in portfolio and with Enterprise efforts. 
  • Own the training strategy for change initiatives, including design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of scalable programs that sustain behavioral change across the organization. 
  • Partner with executive leadership to build process(s) to ensure change is deployed at appropriate intervals to appropriate audiences by incorporating project implementation and progress data into Change Management approaches.
  • Partner with and guide executive operational leadership through establishment of a cohesive Change Management and communications approach to delivering change, while minimizing resource abrasion, enhancing retention, and improving message quality in delivery.
  • Define appropriate sources of truth, tools, standardization, procedures, and roles required to deliver Change Management at necessary levels based upon formulated strategy.
  • Influence stakeholders to ensure successful governance of the new Change Management Strategies, including driving conversations around re-prioritization and tradeoffs.
  • Provide strategic oversight into the change implementation phase by planning communications and training, coordinating resources, and monitoring post implementation success measures.
  • Ensure consistent communication of progress on change efforts to stakeholders across Monogram Health, including performance, challenges, and opportunities to improve.
  • Develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility across the business.

 

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in change management, healthcare operations, consulting, or comparable roles
  • Experience designing, implementing, and governing Change Management
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and make it simple for key audiences.
  • Demonstrated record of driving outcomes and navigating a fast-paced matrixed environment.
  • Ability to synthesize and publish information to facilitate action-oriented conversations to drive successful change with key stakeholders.
  • Influencing, collaboration, and communication skills are critical across all levels of the organization including with the Senior Leadership Team 
  • ADKAR certified (or similar) preferred.
