We’re seeking a Sr. Director of Product Marketing to define and lead the go-to-market vision, narrative, and execution for our hosting, agentic and agent portfolio. This is a critical leadership role at the center of our business—owning how the ‘voice of our customer’, and lead how we position, package, and bring our offering to market across SMBs, Developers, and Agencies globally via multiple routes-to-market. 

As a senior leader, you will shape how we position ourselves in a world of agentic hosting, agents and vibe-coded applications boldly differentiating in diverse landscape spanning Hosting, WordPress, eCommerce, Agentic, and Vibe Coding Platforms. You will drive company-wide alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—ensuring a unified, compelling and differentiated story that communicates with clarity, accelerates growth, and emphasizes market leadership. 

This role goes requires leadership, mentoring and execution—you will guide, build, and scale the product marketing function, influence product strategy, and serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on market positioning, segmentation, and growth opportunities. 

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Define the market narrative and category position 

  • Establish and evolve a clear, differentiated narrative that positions us as the platform of choice for building, growing and running an online presence. Shape how we compete across hosting, web presence, productivity, Agentic offerings and adjacent SaaS platforms  driving clarity and thoughtful positioning. 

Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy 

  • Own GTM strategy across core offerings and new innovations, including hosting to AI offerings. Ensure alignment from product development through launch and lifecycle growth, with clear success metrics tied to pipeline, adoption, and revenue. 

Build and scale a high-impact Product Marketing function 

  • Establish the structure, processes, and talent needed to support a multi-product, multi-segment, multi route-to-market business. Develop a roadmap for scaling product marketing as a strategic growth lever across the organization. 

Drive commercial impact through sales and partner enablement 

  • Elevate sales and partner effectiveness by delivering best-in-class enablement frameworks, messaging, and tools. Ensure Sales, Agency, Industry, and SDRs teams are equipped to win across segments with consistent and differentiated positioning. 

Own product and feature launches at scale 

  • Lead the strategy and execution for major product launches and releases—ensuring strong market introduction, clear value communication, and measurable business outcomes. 

Institutionalize competitive intelligence 

  • Develop a robust, continuously evolving view of the competitive landscape across our product portfolio. Translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen win rates and market positioning. 

Champion the voice of the customer and market 

  • Bring deep customer, partner, and market insights into the organization—informing product roadmap decisions, pricing and packaging strategy, and long-term growth opportunities. 

Partner across Growth and Brand to drive demand 

  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Brand, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to create integrated campaigns, thought leadership, and programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline at scale.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • 15+ years of product marketing experience, with significant leadership scope in Hosting, WordPress ecosystem, Agentic, SaaS, or adjacent online/web/cloud platforms  

  • Proven track record of owning GTM strategy for complex, multi-product platforms across cart, sales, and partner routes-to-market, and driving measurable revenue impact  

  • Experience building and scaling product marketing teams and functions in high-growth or transformation environments  

  • Deep understanding of SMB, Developer and Agency segments, including subscription and usage-based business models  

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional leaders  

  • Exceptional storytelling and positioning expertise—able to translate technical capabilities (performance, infrastructure, AI, security) into clear customer value  

  • Ability to operate seamlessly between strategic leadership and hands-on execution  

  • Experience in highly competitive, rapidly evolving markets with a strong bias for action and results
