Role Summary

Owns end‑to‑end product strategy, demand creation, and commercial success for the Analog custom silicon Business including

Acts as the business and product leader for the platform, with accountability spanning product roadmap, marketing, business development, and applications engineering, ensuring scalable growth across segments like PMICs, Motor Drives. Works closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to deliver differentiated, high‑volume analog centric silicon solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the platform product strategy and roadmap for Analog Custom silicon, aligned with market trends and GF technology strengths (Analog, mixed‑signal).
  • Drive demand creation and market development across target verticals
  • Lead outbound marketing, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and ecosystem engagement.
  • Own and scale applications engineering, enabling customer adoption through reference designs, evaluation platforms, and system‑level support.
  • Drive business development and strategic partnerships, converting market opportunities into qualified pipelines and design wins.
  • Influence pricing, engagement models, and solution packaging to drive platform adoption and maximize lifetime value of custom silicon engagements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in semiconductors, with strong exposure to analog, RF, or sensor‑based systems.
  • Proven success leading product lines or platforms with direct business impact.
  • Experience working across product management, marketing, and customer‑facing technical teams.

Expected Salary Range

$214,000.00 - $356,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
