Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Program Management to lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across our organization. This strategic leader will drive the successful execution of multi-departmental initiatives, align programs with business objectives, and foster collaboration to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate is an experienced change agent with a proven track record of managing complex programs, developing governance frameworks, and delivering value at scale.

Role Description

  • Lead and oversee multiple large-scale programs, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals. 

  • Develop and implement governance models, program budgets, timelines, and performance metrics. 

  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across departments. 

  • Drive stakeholder communication and foster collaboration to ensure program success. 

  • Mentor and develop program management staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. 

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program delivery and efficiency. 

  • Report program progress and results to executive leadership, providing actionable insights.

Additional Skill Level Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading transformation initiatives and managing multi-million dollar programs.

  • Technical proficiency in program management tools and software. 

  • Results-driven, adaptable, and skilled at managing competing priorities. 

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 

  • 10+ years of progressive program/project management experience, including leadership of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. 

  • PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification preferred. 

  • Expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). 

  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership. 

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $145,000 - $215,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
