Role Description
Lead and oversee multiple large-scale programs, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and implement governance models, program budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
Manage program risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across departments.
Drive stakeholder communication and foster collaboration to ensure program success.
Mentor and develop program management staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program delivery and efficiency.
Report program progress and results to executive leadership, providing actionable insights.

Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of progressive program/project management experience, including leadership of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification preferred.
Expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $145,000 - $215,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
