The Role

We're looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem to lead Viz.ai's third-party partnership strategy and execution. This role owns the pipeline of commercial and technology partnerships — algorithm and data partners, strategic partnerships, and channel and distribution relationships — that extend Viz's platform and deepen our value proposition to customers. You'll work closely with leaders from across the company to source, structure, negotiate, and manage the partnerships that make Viz's ecosystem stronger.

You will:

  • Own Viz's strategic partnership, ecosystem and inorganic strategy, identifying capability and portfolio gaps that partnerships can fill.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners - sourcing, evaluating strategic and commercial fit, and developing the business case for internal decision-making and executive alignment.

  • Lead structuring and negotiation of these partner agreements, including distribution, licensing, data-sharing, co-marketing and potentially M&A arrangements, from term sheet through definitive agreement.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Sales, Legal, and Finance to evaluate new opportunities and ensure partnerships are integrated and commercialized successfully.

  • Work with Product and Sales teams to manage ongoing partnerships and the relationships with key stakeholders at partners

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure partnerships become embedded in our product strategies and go-to-market motions

  • Track market trends and the competitive landscape across AI, health-tech, and adjacent ecosystems to inform where Viz should build, partner, or pass.

  • Report regularly on partnership pipeline, deal status, and ecosystem performance to executive leadership.

  • Represent Viz externally with existing and prospective partners, building durable, trust-based relationships.

What success looks like:

  • Viz has a healthy, well-prioritized pipeline of strategic partnerships aligned to our Provider and Life Science business priorities.

  • Partnership agreements are negotiated efficiently and reflect terms that protect Viz's commercial and strategic interests.

  • Existing ecosystem partners deliver value to our customers, drive Viz growth, are well-managed, and viewed internally and externally as strong relationships.

  • Cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Clinical, Sales) view Partnerships as a trusted, responsive partner in evaluating new opportunities.

  • Leadership and the Board have clear, current visibility into partnership pipeline and performance.

We are looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development, ideally within healthtech, medtech, or health IT.

  • A demonstrated track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial partnership agreements that have contributed to measurable revenue growth (distribution, licensing, data, or technology integration).

  • Experience managing an external partner ecosystem post-signature, not just closing deals.

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align Product, Clinical, Sales, and Legal around a shared partnership strategy.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presence — comfortable representing Viz externally and briefing senior leadership and the Board.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

  • MBA or equivalent experience

Why should you join us?
  • If you are looking to make an impact, we are mission-driven and are making a difference in peoples’ lives every day.

  • If you want to be a part of an amazing team , our people are the heart of everything we do.

  • If you are a self-starter and naturally motivated, our work is driven by curiosity, innovation and team collaboration which allows us to leverage our skills immeasurably.

We are a remote-first company across the U.S. and EU, with a team in Tel Aviv operating in a flexible hybrid model, conveniently located near a train line.
