Role Overview

We're looking for a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive with 5+ years of complex B2B enterprise sales experience to drive new-business growth across hospitals and health systems at Pointr, a global leader in indoor location technology.

Healthcare or healthcare IT sales experience is strongly preferred. Ideally, you'll already understand how to navigate hospital systems and bring established relationships within the healthcare IT ecosystem. However, we're also open to exceptional enterprise sellers from other industries who have successfully managed large, complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and senior executive decision-makers.

You'll join our growing healthcare vertical, building on an established customer base and increasing market demand. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role where you'll own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including competitive RFP processes, from initial engagement through close. You'll inherit an existing pipeline while also taking ownership of generating new opportunities and building relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.

Alongside new-business sales, you'll have commercial ownership of renewals and expansions across an assigned portfolio of enterprise healthcare accounts, working closely with Customer Success, which manages day-to-day account relationships. You'll also collaborate with resellers, consultancies, and technology partners to identify and support new opportunities.

We're looking for someone who takes a consultative approach to sales, builds trusted relationships, and can effectively connect our technology to customer challenges and business outcomes. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact as we continue expanding one of Pointr's fastest-growing verticals.

This role requires 25–40% travel for customer and prospect meetings, industry conferences, and events.

What You'll Do

New-Logo Sales

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle with hospitals and health systems, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.

  • Generate your own new-business pipeline (approximately 30% of your time) through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, partner referrals, and healthcare conferences, while also working inbound opportunities.

  • Navigate complex buying committees, building relationships with key decision-makers across IT, facilities, clinical leadership, procurement, and executive teams.

  • Lead competitive RFP/RFI responses, coordinating with Product, Legal, Finance, and Delivery to develop compelling, compliant proposals within tight deadlines.

  • Deliver consultative presentations that connect Pointr's solutions to customer challenges and business outcomes.

  • Manage opportunities strategically, maintaining accurate forecasts and prioritizing activities to drive deals forward.

  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Delivery teams to shape solutions, ensure a credible path to value, and hand off closed deals smoothly.

  • Work with resellers, consultancies, and technology partners to source and support enterprise opportunities, coordinating deal execution and handoffs.

Account Management

  • Manage the commercial side of an assigned portfolio of enterprise healthcare accounts (approximately 20–30% of your time), driving renewals, expansions, and strategic relationships while gaining firsthand knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem. Customer Success manages day-to-day account relationships.

  • Serve as a senior relationship point for existing accounts when strategic or executive-level engagement is needed.

  • Partner closely with Customer Success to support customer retention, identify expansion opportunities, and strengthen account relationships.

What We Seek
  • 5+ years of complex B2B enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of independently managing and closing large, multi-stakeholder opportunities.

  • Proven success independently generating new-business pipeline and acquiring new enterprise customers, from outbound prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.

  • Experience leading competitive RFP/RFI processes, coordinating cross-functional responses, and navigating complex enterprise buying cycles.

  • Experience using a structured sales methodology, such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Solution Selling, or equivalent.

  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline, with the ability to independently prioritize opportunities, make sound commercial decisions, and maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, technical stakeholders, and key decision-makers.

  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect technical solutions to customer challenges and business outcomes.

  • Experience collaborating with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle and customer handoff.

  • Experience managing renewal and expansion opportunities, with an understanding of account strategy, customer retention, and revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare or healthcare IT sales experience, ideally with established relationships and credibility across hospital systems, healthcare leadership, IT, facilities, clinical teams, or industry partners.

  • Experience managing and growing strategic enterprise healthcare accounts through renewals, expansions, and executive relationship management.

  • Experience working with resellers, consultancies, or technology partners to generate and support enterprise sales opportunities.

  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and EHR platforms, such as Epic or MEDITECH, or technologies such as indoor mapping, location services, and IoT.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

What We Offer
  • A supportive, kind (no-ego), and smart team

  • International environment and inclusive culture

  • Hybrid work (2 days being in the office is required)

  • Competitive base salary, attractive stock options, and uncapped renewal commission

  • Private health care (75%) and Dental

  • Company-sponsored parental leave

  • 18 days PTO, plus sick time + 12 holidays per year

  • 401(k) retirement scheme
