Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A at Enovis, you will play a key role in driving financial insight, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing enterprise-wide financial processes. This role is responsible for leading forecast and budget cycles, performing complex financial and operational analysis, maintaining and optimizing reporting hierarchies, and developing scalable financial models. You will serve as a trusted business partner to Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders while mentoring junior analysts and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform variance analysis of actuals vs. forecast/budget and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate financial results, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Analyze large, complex financial and operational datasets from multiple systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Own and enhance financial reporting hierarchies, data structures, and assumptions within the planning system
  • Design and deliver clear, concise dashboards and executive-level reporting to communicate insights effectively
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through robust validation and reconciliation processes
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Finance partners to streamline end-to-end financial processes
  • Serve as a key contributor to system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Support senior finance leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis
  • Maintain thorough documentation of FP&A processes, models, and assumptions

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

  • Lead and support continuous improvement efforts related to forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
  • Drive standardization and best practices across FP&A workstreams
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-wide transformation projects as needed

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 4–7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, complex formulas, data analysis)
  • Strong experience working with large datasets and financial systems; Oracle EPM and Alteryx experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience supporting senior leadership
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for data, automation, and process optimization
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel; up to 10% or less expected
