Job Title: Sr Full Stack Engineer (AI-First)

Reports to: Director of Engineering 

Location: Remote

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-First) who thrives on building impactful products at the intersection of cutting-edge AI tools and modern software development. In this role, you’ll work with agentic coding tools like Cursor, Codex, or Claude Swarm, and partner directly with stakeholders to design, build, and deploy full-stack solutions that deliver real business value.

And we are looking for passionate developers to join us in building and scaling our technology platform.

Responsibilities:

  • AI-First Software Development: Leverage AI-assisted coding tools for development, including advanced prompting, debugging AI-generated code, and mitigating hallucinations.
  • Product & Feature Development: Design, build, and deploy new full-stack features or products from scratch—taking ownership of the full lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, designers, and business leaders to translate ideas into scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Own features from concept through deployment—including architecture, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Frontend Development: Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS.
  • Backend Development: Architect APIs and backend systems using any modern backend framework—experience with Rails or Python microservices is a plus.
  • Database Expertise: Write efficient, scalable queries and optimize performance—SQL mastery required.
  • Deployment & Infrastructure: Contribute to deployment strategies with a working understanding of AWS and Kubernetes environments.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
  • Proficient with AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Codex, Claude Swarm, or similar.
  • Strong experience with ReactJS for frontend development.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SQL and relational data modeling.
  • Proficient in at least one modern backend framework (Node.js, Django, Rails, etc.).
  • Proven track record of building products or complex features from the ground up.
  • Background building, maintaining, and supporting high-traffic production systems
  • Strong communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in end-to-end feature ownership in production environments.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with Rails or Python microservices.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes or AWS deployment pipelines.
  • Experience building or maintaining scalable distributed systems.

Salary

  • $170,000 - $190,000, DOE
