Lead design and development of Google Dialogflow voice and chatbot solutions, gather and translate business requirements, integrate with backend systems, build reporting with BigQuery/Looker, mentor teams, manage IBM BPM deliveries, and liaise with stakeholders to drive projects to closure.
This is a remote position.
- Translation of business processes and requirements into technical requirements, validation and suggestions for optimizing the business process.
- Serve as the application subject matter expert and led throughout the implementation cycle for workflow solution.
- Good understanding of the market solutions on customer communication technologies and the best practice on usage of those.
- Lead the design and development of workflow Projects.
- Driving requirements gathering and elicitation for Design, Approval, Implementation and Closure of project.
- Connect with key stakeholders to provide timely updates and raise blockers, risks accordingly
- Understand the business needs and provide solutions that comply with the standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor of degree in computers or any related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the said role.
- Core Experience in Google Dialog Flow(GDF) Voice and Chatbot development in CX Bots including integrations with back-end systems.
- Google CCAI Reporting – Experience on Google Big Query and Google Looker to create Reports/Dashboards Propose suggestions/Ideas to customer to improve design of Voice and Chatbots to have w holistic BOT experience with improved self-service for end users.
- Google dialog flow integration with Google CCAI and back end integrations Experience on Google Cloud Functions for GDF development.
- Experience on Node JS/Java Script for Cloud functions Experience in Jira Good customer interfacing skills, Team management and ability to collaboratively work with different stakeholders in IT and Business.
- IBM BPM development - Expert, with experience in managing deliveries
- IBM BPM 8.5.6 , IBM BPM BAW are must have
- Cloud /Web Services /APIs /Integrations is an advantage
- Any other BPM tool knowledge is an advantage
