Role Overview:

Could you be our next Sr. Graphic Designer? Globe Life is looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer to join the team!

This role is responsible for supporting the Marketing Department by leading and executing creative solutions across print and digital channels. Working with a high degree of ownership, this role collaborates with designers, writers, and marketing partners to develop visual systems, solve complex design challenges, and deliver work that supports business objectives while upholding established brand standards.

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

What You Will Do:

  • Design and produce marketing and communication materials across print and digital platforms.
  • Develop visual concepts and design solutions that support project goals and messaging.
  • Apply and maintain brand systems to ensure consistency across campaigns and deliverables.
  • Lead design execution for complex or high-visibility projects.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing partners to refine creative solutions.
  • Provide constructive feedback on design work to support quality and brand consistency.
  • Contribute ideas during concept development and project planning.
  • Support the development of scalable visual systems and reusable design components.

What You Can Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field; or 6–8 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across print and digital channels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong mastery of typography, layout, composition, and color principles.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity application.
  • Ability to solve complex design problems and translate messaging into effective visual communication.
  • High attention to detail and strong design judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to mentor designers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
