About the Role:
Fetch is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and everyday customer touch points. In this role, you'll lead creative development for high-visibility initiatives, partnering with strategists, copywriters, marketers, and designers to create work that is visually compelling, strategically grounded, and built to perform.
You'll play a key role in elevating creative quality across the Brand Experience team, contributing strong design craft, thoughtful problem-solving, and a collaborative approach to bringing ideas to life.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead creative development for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
- Translate briefs, insights, and creative concepts into polished executions across the app, CRM, paid media, lifecycle, web, and emerging channels.
- Develop visual systems, campaign toolkits, and scalable design frameworks that improve creative consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness across channels.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional partners, proactively navigating feedback, tradeoffs, and competing priorities to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
- Present work with clear rationale and incorporate feedback thoughtfully throughout the creative process.
- Maintain a high bar for craft, consistency, and brand expression across all deliverables.
- Help improve team workflows, creative processes, and design standards.
- Mentor junior designers through feedback, project guidance, and creative coaching, helping elevate overall team capability and design quality.
- Use performance insights, campaign results, and customer feedback to inform creative decisions and continuously improve effectiveness across initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in brand, digital, or integrated marketing design.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, conceptual thinking, and campaign development across multiple channels.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual storytelling, and brand systems.
- Experience leading projects from concept through execution with minimal oversight.
- Translate ambiguous business needs, marketing objectives, and customer insights into clear creative approaches and execution plans.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Motion design experience.
- Video editing or art direction experience.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows and emerging design tools.
Compensation:
