About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to drive continued growth and scale our performance channels. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, this role will own Paid Social static and Email design. The ideal candidate is deeply experienced in performance creative and demonstrates a command of translating data and insights into high-performing design work. They are organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated to learn, and a strong, clear communicator.
A portfolio of work is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing static ads for Paid Social, leveraging channel best practices and weekly performance data to quickly and autonomously deliver high-performing creative and iterations.
  • Designing performance and editorial Emails, and work with Channel partners to continue to fine-tune the channel’s design system.
  • Working closely with ACD, Channel, and Brand partners to develop testing roadmaps for each channel.
  • Staying apprised of the competitive landscape and proactively bringing new ideas to the table to support channel goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience, mainly or exclusively in high-growth startup or agency settings
  • Deep history of design for performance channels, especially Paid Social and Email channels – and a portfolio that demonstrates those skills
  • Solid understanding of how to interpret performance data and how to apply learnings to design
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • A+ organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and low ego
  • A bias towards action and agility

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for a brand that serves our demographic: parents of younger children
  • Experience at a high-growth startup or agency environment
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms
  • Based in Minneapolis, Seattle, or Los Angeles

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $110-120k based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $110-120k based on experience.
