As a Senior IAM Engineer, you are a technical expert responsible for the successful deployment and maintenance of Identity and Access Management solutions. You will lead the installation, configuration, and integration of complex IAM platforms, ensuring they align with client business processes and security requirements. This role requires a blend of deep technical troubleshooting, coding proficiency, and the ability to provide clear knowledge transfer to client teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients
  • Assist with architecture and design of new IAM solutions
  • Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of IAM solutions
  • Develop and perform testing for IAM solutions
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary
  • Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC
  • Troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product support
  • Remain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team settings and multi-task environment
  • Author technical documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirement & Qualifications:

    Experience:

    • Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components: Identity Governance & Administration, Access Management, SSO/Federation, Privileged Access Management, & Enterprise Directories

    • 4+ years of experience with IAM administration/implementation

    • 4+ years of experience in security consulting, security administration, and/or information technology

      • Knowledge of Java, C#, or similar object-oriented programming language

      • Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)

      • Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)

      • Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow)

      • Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platforms

      • Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.)

      • Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)

      • Preferred Education:

        • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field 

        • IAM Technology-specific training/certification a plus
