General Responsibilities
Manage Novus' product application systems in US and Canada. Provide timely application systems support directly to Sales Teams and customers as requested. Manage expenses related to liquid application systems installations and maintenance. Maintain vendor relationships related to liquid systems application equipment. Lead engineering design and improvement efforts for all related equipment. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from manager and other senior professionals.
• Conduct installations, preventive and corrective maintenance of liquid application systems support to assigned area Customers.
• Provide timely Novus application systems support to sales team. Provide support to sales and marketing team by active promotion of the liquid products.
• Act as lead problem resolution person when customers report use or application issues with Novus Liquid system application. Solve problems or identify opportunities for customers in the assigned area.
• Monitor and approve all application systems related expenses for new installations, refurbishments and maintenance in assigned area for Liquid system application.
• Manage all vendor relations related to liquid applications systems for assigned area. Establish and monitor performance standards for contractors to consistently provide Novus system installation and maintenance services in accordance to Novus guidelines.
• Establish KPI factor for the associated vendors and update the same in monthly maintenance report.
• Adhere to the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS) and all policies and procedures related to position assignment.
General Guidance for Key Knowledge/Skills/ Experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in feed manufacturing or premix production. Sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, industrial, agricultural or related chemical applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem analysis and decision making skills; obtain and evaluate all pertinent information, make sound and timely decisions that considers short and long term effects.
• Planning and organizational skills; plan in detail, recognize potential concerns and problems ahead of time.

• Fluent in English.
