The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting FY planning, territory segmentation, and quota setting within our Renewals and BDR organizations as well as collecting, processing, and performing analyses on large datasets to support strategic decision-making. Will also be engaged in forecasting, bookings, historical trending, and modeling. You will work to identify trends, provide insights, and help drive data-informed decisions. Will need to automate and streamline processes and data sets, create single sources of truth, and work cross-organizationally.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations Data Analyst to join our team. Role Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, G-Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Designer and more
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Prepare executive level decks and representations of analysis for QBRs, planning, and ad hoc needs
- Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance over time
- Create and maintain documentation for data processes and data dictionaries
- Collaborate with IT, RevOps, Marketing, CS, and Sales to improve data quality and data infrastructure
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide timely reporting as needed
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in a data analysis or related role
- Proficiency in Big Query, SQL, Designer, SFDC, and Tableau and at least two data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred:
- Knowledge and expertise in Renewals and Inside Sales business mechanics, metrics, and processes
- Knowledge of A/B testing, predictive modeling, or machine learning basics
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
