Role Overview:
The Executive Communications Senior Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering clear, consistent, and high-impact communications for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring alignment, continuity, and message clarity across executive forums and company-wide communications.Working as part of the Corporate Communications team, and reporting to the Sr. Director of Corporate Communications, this role partners closely with Global PR, HR, and Executive Assistants to ensure leadership communications are aligned with corporate strategy, external positioning, and employee experience.
This role is not an administrative or logistics position. It is a strategic communications role focused on executive narrative, leadership presence, and message coherence at scale.About The Role:CEO Communications
- Serve as the primary communications partner to the CEO, supporting:
- Company-wide messaging
- Leadership narratives and key themes
- CEO presentations, talking points, and written communications
- Ensure CEO communications are aligned with company strategy, values, and external positioning
- Anticipate message risks, sensitivities, and moments requiring elevated clarity or care
- Drive consistency and continuity across ELT communications, including:
- All Hands
- Executive meetings
- Strategic updates and leadership forums
- Partner with ELT members and their Executive Assistants to:
- Shape agendas and key messages
- Improve clarity, focus, and audience relevance
- Act as a connective layer across leadership communications to reduce noise, duplication, and misalignment
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executives on:
- Messaging tone, structure, and sequencing
- Audience segmentation and channel selection
- Change communications and moments of organizational impact
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies across executive communications and proactively recommend improvements
- Support executive readiness for high-visibility moments
- Partner closely with the Global PR team to:
- Align internal executive messaging with external narratives
- Ensure internal communications reflect marketing-facing positioning
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications peers on:
- Major announcements
- Crisis or issue response
- Company-wide messaging frameworks
- Provide executive communications input into broader corporate communications strategy
- Own company intranet strategy and governance within Corporate Communications, partnering closely with Brand and HR to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with executive and corporate messaging
8-12+ years experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or a related field
Demonstrated experience supporting C-level or ELT Communications
Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leaders
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across formats
Ability to operate with discretion, judgment, and political awareness
Experience partnering with PR, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in high-growth or complex organizations
Background in technology, SaaS, or global organizations
Experience navigating change, transformation, or sensitive communications
Familiarity with crisis or issues management environments
Improved clarity and consistency across CEO and ELT communications
Strong executive satisfaction and trust
Reduced message overlap and noise across leadership forums
Effective alignment between internal executive messaging and external PR narratives
Clear, proactive communications support during moments of change or complexity
