Position Summary:

As a Senior Manager, FP&A – Fees, Credits, GTs, Legislative and Network Consolidation, you will play a key leadership role in driving the financial performance of CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services business. Reporting to the Executive Director, FP&A Network, you will assist with planning, forecasting, and performance management for key Network P&L components, including fees, credits, guarantees, legislative impacts, and network consolidation.

Leading a team of 4–5 Senior Analysts, you will oversee multi-year planning, annual budgets, forecasts, monthly close activities, and variance analysis while serving as the primary finance partner for these areas. You will collaborate across Finance, Client Management, Legal, Contracting, and Operations to deliver accurate financial reporting, assess the impact of regulatory changes, and provide strategic insights that support business decisions. This highly visible role also owns Network P&L consolidation, delivering executive-ready financial reporting and analysis that helps shape the future direction of the business.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 or more years of experience in advanced financial planning, budgeting, and P&L consolidation skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment  

  • Strong financial modeling and data management skills; proficiency in Excel and Tableau required  

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Client Management, Legal, Contracting, and Operations partners  

  • Ability to travel up to 15% (including by plane)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Broad knowledge of pharmacy fee structures, client credit mechanics, performance guarantee frameworks, and legislative/regulatory financial impacts  

  • People leadership experience with ability to manage and develop a team of 4+ analysts 

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex P&L lines simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines  

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
