At Oma Robotics we’re on a mission to make the possibilities enabled by single cell surgeries accessible to more people. We’re using AI and Robotics to automate these processes, ultimately improving outcomes for all patients. The first challenge we’re tackling is fertility. Oma Fertility is setting a new standard for fertility care by opening the first national brand of fertility clinics that provide a better experience enabled through AI and robotics-powered fertility technologies. Our tech will aim to increase In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) success rates at significantly lower costs — providing greater accessibility to fertility care.

We’re seeking a growth-oriented, digital media professional to join our Marketing team and play a key role in our growth. Reporting to the CMO, this opportunity is perfect for someone with an analytical, data-driven mindset who has proven experience in leveraging marketing channels (search, social, lifecycle marketing, etc.) to optimize experiences and drive growth. This person will also lead the media & SEO agency relationships to drive media strategy, execution & reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the strategic media planning lead, partner with internal teams (e.g. Brand, Product, Tech, Customer Success) and manage partner agencies to effectively drive all growth channels (including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Lifecycle Marketing) and meet goals

  • Clearly identify and communicate goals and areas of opportunity to build investment strategies, test and learn, channel mix, and audience targeting while leveraging an understanding of consumers path to purchase

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing tactics and ability to translate marketing objectives into media/marketing tactics to execute (from brand building to lead generation to education and referrals, etc)

  • Be obsessed with data to develop deep analytic insights into performance and quickly execute on the insights you uncover

  • Evaluate campaign performance via post mortem review process for continuous improvement

  • Have an always-on growth mentality to jump on key trends and drive real time planning optimizations.

  • Present KPI’s and performance results to senior leadership in a succinct manner

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growth marketing/paid acquisition success preferably in the healthcare industry or a high growth direct response start-up

  • Highly analytical with hands-on technical know-how 

  • 5+ years experience carrying out direct response and return on investment based programs, including 

    • SEM strategy and optimization including smart bidding strategies

    • Performance marketing, conversions, customer acquisition

    • Optimization including a/b testing, creative testing, landing page optimization

  • Ability to research, identify and implement new strategies, with a focus on return

  • Google Analytics native plus experience with Salesforce

  • A creative eye and appreciation/understanding of mechanics of brand building

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Strong project management skills
