We’re one of the fastest‑growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‑moving market. With a global workforce, we’re remote‑first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. Cribl is the place where curious, collaborative people can do their best work, grow fast, and bring their full selves to the herd.

Why You’ll Love This Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to help lead the next phase of how Marketing Operations supports the business. This is a player-coach role: someone who can operate hands-on in the systems, improve process and execution, and actively develop a more cross-trained, resilient team. The role is designed for a leader who can step into day-to-day operational work where needed, while also building the team’s capabilities across campaign operations, lifecycle/routing, reporting, data hygiene, attribution, and workflow automation.

This role will partner across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Enterprise Applications, and Analytics to ensure our systems, data, and processes support efficient execution and better business outcomes. The right candidate will help shift Marketing Operations from a primarily reactive support model to a more proactive operating partner by improving how work is prioritized, documented, scaled, and supported across the organization.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Lead and coach an existing Marketing Operations team with a strong emphasis on cross-training and bench-building
  • Reduce single-threaded ownership by ensuring key capabilities are documented, shared, and supportable by multiple team members
  • Create repeatable playbooks, QA checklists, SOPs, and training paths that strengthen execution quality and onboarding
  • Provide hands-on coaching in core operating areas including campaign operations, lead lifecycle, routing, dashboards, attribution, and workflow automation
  • Improve how Marketing Operations supports internal stakeholders through better intake, prioritization, SLAs, and forward-looking capacity planning
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and failure points in current processes and implement scalable fixes
  • Establish a more proactive operating rhythm with marketing leaders by surfacing risks, opportunities, and performance patterns before they become issues
  • Drive rigor in campaign execution, lead management, handoffs, and data quality so the team can support the business with greater consistency and confidence
  • Own and improve critical marketing operations workflows across Salesforce, Marketo, and adjacent GTM systems
  • Partner with RevOps, EntApps, and Analytics on routing, lifecycle logic, attribution, reporting, and system design
  • Support and optimize attribution and performance reporting workflows, with experience in platforms such as HockeyStack and similar attribution/reporting solutions while remaining platform-agnostic in approach
  • Help evaluate, implement, and operationalize workflow and automation solutions that improve team efficiency and scalability
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM systems, or related business systems roles
  • 2+ years of people management, team leadership, or strong player-coach experience in a high-growth environment
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo
  • Strong working knowledge of lead management, lifecycle design, routing, campaign operations, segmentation, and data hygiene
  • Experience with attribution and performance measurement, including platforms such as HockeyStack, Bizible, or similar tools
  • Experience building or improving processes, documentation, and operational frameworks that scale execution across teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear operational solutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Preferred Experience
    • Experience with attribution, BI, or reporting environments such as HockeyStack, Omni, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
    • Experience supporting SDR or broader GTM workflows in partnership with Sales and RevOps
    • Experience with workflow automation, integration tooling, or low-code/no-code orchestration
    • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
    • Experience applying AI tools, AI-assisted workflows, and automation thoughtfully in business operations
    • Ability to identify where AI can improve speed, quality, scale, or insight while maintaining process rigor, data quality, and appropriate human oversight
