Lead a new marketing function focusing on product and customer marketing. Create sales enablement materials, manage a value-add program for clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and drive growth.
Founded in 2016, Right Side Up (RSU) is the premier growth marketing consulting firm in the U.S., with staff deployed in the most prestigious and high-growth tech companies in the world, including Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Stitch Fix, Coinbase, Stripe, Fitbit, Calm, Instacart, Yelp, Google, and hundreds more. - Own and update our Webflow website and collaborate with design and dev to build new landing pages for services and campaigns
- Develop high-impact case studies and brand storytelling assets that showcase RSU’s expertise and outcomes
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and surface proof points across the funnel

- Design and manage a monthly value-add program that delivers meaningful touchpoints for current clients, investors, and referrers
- Build toolkits, templates, and HubSpot Sequences for Client Engagement to deliver these offers consistently
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver offers and track participation, engagement, and impact on retention, expansion, and referrals
- Identify new opportunities to delight clients and strengthen loyalty through creative, brand-aligned programs
What You'll Bring
- 6-8 years of experience in product marketing, marketing enablement, and/or customer marketing; bonus points for familiarity with marketplaces and agencies
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong project manager and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment; highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent product marketing acumen; you can distill complex service offerings into compelling narratives, positioning frameworks, and collateral
- Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional programs that bridge marketing, client engagement, and sales
- Comfortable working closely with senior leaders and translating strategy into scalable systems and deliverables
- Familiarity with, or excitement to learn and work with a tech stack that includes HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Slack, and Google Workspace products
- A drive for excellence, a love of learning, and a fascination with all things growth, marketing, and ecommerce—you’ll be talking about them all day, everyday
