The Role

We're seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to drive efficiency, optimization, and growth across the top-of-funnel motion. This role will primarily support the Marketing organization, including the BDR team, acting as a strategic thought partner — not just a reporting function — to help shape how the org plans and scales pipeline generation, while Marketing leadership retains ownership of strategy.

This role blends analytical rigor, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure Marketing and BDR have the data, insight, and processes they need to scale pipeline generation.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with Marketing leadership as a strategic thought partner on funnel and pipeline generation strategy — bring a data-backed point of view to help shape decisions, without owning the strategy itself
  • Sit as the operational and analytical counterpart to Marketing leadership, contributing to channel investment, BDR capacity/territory decisions, and quota or coverage planning
  • Support annual and quarterly planning for pipeline coverage models, channel mix, and BDR resourcing as a close collaborator to Marketing leadership, who owns the final plan
  • Proactively surface risks and opportunities in funnel performance before leadership has to ask — flag the "why" and recommend options, arming leadership to decide
  • Lead root-cause analysis of funnel leakage and conversion breakdowns, and recommend the structural fix, not just the diagnosis
  • Bring a point of view on pipeline efficiency and top-of-funnel yield, backed by data, to inform how Marketing/BDR leadership prioritizes
  • Partner with RevOps peers across Sales, CS, and Partner to ensure Marketing/BDR execution connects cleanly to the rest of the revenue cycle
  • Own the Marketing/BDR tech stack and reporting infrastructure as the foundation for the above
What You Bring to the Table
  • 6–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of influencing GTM decisions as a thought partner, not just reporting on them
  • Demonstrated experience sitting alongside functional leadership (Marketing, Sales, or BDR) as a close operational collaborator — informing planning, capacity, and investment decisions
  • Comfort bringing a strong point of view and pushing back on leadership with data, while ultimately deferring to their ownership of the decision
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations and business narratives that drive decisions
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills to drive insights from raw data
  • Excellent project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Strategic thinker who can balance long-term planning with hands-on execution
  • A hands-on ownership mindset
What We Offer

We have all the usual perks and benefits but what we can really offer you is a fantastic work environment powered by an amazing team.

  • Industry competitive compensation and equity plan
  • Flexible time off, sick days, and 13 paid holidays
  • Comprehensive medical insurance including Health, Dental, and Vision
  • Paid parental leave (plus fertility, adoption, and other family planning benefits)
  • In-office workspace
  • Monthly allowance for wellness, reading, and access to LinkedIn Learning for continued development
  • Events and activities both team-based and company-wide that inspire, educate, and cultivate

The base salary range for this role is $125,000 –$154,000 USD. This position also offers a performance bonus dependent on company performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
