Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will be a cornerstone of our sales engine, tasked with scaling revenue and executing our sales methodology and plays.

You will lead a high-energy team of hybrid sellers, empowering them to capture new logos and expanding our footprint within existing accounts. Core Responsibilities:Sales Execution
  • Design the Blueprint: Develop and execute programs focused on account expansion and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Drive Results: Establish high-impact KPIs and performance metrics that don't just measure activity, but accelerate success.
  • Identify Opportunity: Stay ahead of market trends and emerging partnerships to keep Grace Hill at the forefront of the industry.
  • Be a Planner: Be skilled at teaching, coaching, and territory and account plans to maximize revenue
Leadership & Talent Development
  • Inspire Excellence: Lead and mentor a team of sellers, fostering a culture of high accountability, continuous improvement, and professional mastery.
  • Innovate Methodology: Refine our sales process with an eye for innovation, leveraging frameworks like SPICED and Challenger Sales to win.
  • Recruit & Retain: Build a world-class sales organization by attracting top-tier talent and providing the coaching necessary to turn "potential" into "performance."
Market Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Cultivate Relationships: Act as a strategic partner to key clients and industry stakeholders, ensuring long-term satisfaction across the entire client lifecycle.
  • Align the Mission: Work in lockstep with Marketing and Product teams to ensure our go-to-market messaging is sharp, cohesive, and resonant.
  • Represent the Brand: Serve as a thought leader and Grace Hill ambassador at major industry events and conferences.
Operations & Performance Optimization
  • Precision Forecasting: Master the pipeline with rigorous management and data-driven reporting to ensure accurate, predictable revenue projections.
  • Optimize the Motion: Implement thoughtful, proactive pipeline-generation tactics that consistently fuel growth.
  • Tech-Forward Leadership: Leverage CRM tools, Gong, analytics, and AI-driven GTM tools to streamline operations and maximize conversion rates.
Who You Are
  • An Experienced Leader: You bring 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience, specifically within the B2B landscape.
  • A Change Agent: You excel in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of navigating teams through periods of rapid evolution and growth.
  • A Strategic Thinker: You don't just execute orders; you contribute to the "how" and "why," bringing a fresh perspective on AI in GTM strategies.

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree required.
  • Deep familiarity with modern GTM tools and sales technologies.
  • Comfortable working in a 100% remote environment with as needed customer travel approximately 25% of the time.  
Salary range:  $250,000 OTE (Base + Commission)
