About OneSkin

#BeLimitless with OneSkin

Come redefine the future of aging with us. We're a longevity company. Everything we do, we do to help people age at the best version of themselves.

Our founding team is made up of four PhDs and entrepreneurial minds on a mission to transform the way we think about skin and aging. As the pioneers of skin health and longevity, we create science-based, clinically effective products to optimize skin and body health and provide support for people at every step of their “growing limitless” journey. Our longevity approach targets the root causes of aging using a proprietary peptide designed to decrease the accumulation of aged (senescent cells) in the skin -- and is the first product proven to reduce skin biological age in humans.

We never settle, and are continuously challenging existing treatments and methodologies to advance the frontier of skin science. As we help our customers grow limitless, we grow too -- by embracing individuality and differences, leading by example, and empowering ourselves and others with our passion for science, optimal health, and innovation.

We are limitless. It's our mantra. Our commitment to helping anybody and everybody committed to live life to the fullest regardless of their age.

About The Role

As Senior Social Media Manager at OneSkin, you will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our organic social channels. You will be responsible for translating our longevity science, product innovation, and brand mission into engaging, platform-native content that drives awareness and community.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You will shape the roadmap for social while actively driving execution and content creation across our channels. In close partnership with Product Marketing, Science Communications, and Creative, you will ensure our social presence reflects the depth of our science while translating it into storytelling that is clear, emotionally engaging, and culturally resonant.
You will develop data-informed social strategies, define content pillars aligned with product launches and integrated campaigns, and build repeatable editorial systems that keep our storytelling consistent, relevant, and high-performing. From concepting and scripting short-form video to identifying cultural moments and optimizing based on performance insights, you will own how OneSkin shows up in-feed.

Who You Are

  • A trend-aware cultural thinker who can spot opportunities and move quickly.
  • A systems builder who can create repeatable formats, content pillars, and editorial rhythms.
  • Performance-minded — you love analytics and understand how engagement, retention, and conversion connect.
  • Collaborative — you work seamlessly with Product Marketing, Science Comms, Creative, and Growth.
  • Passionate about longevity science, skincare innovation, and mission-driven brand building.

What You'll Do

Social Strategy & Channel Leadership

  • Own the organic social strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.

  • Define content pillars that ladder into integrated campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
  • Translate integrated briefs into social-native narratives and content formats.
  • Establish KPIs across engagement, reach, saves, retention, and community growth — and iterate based on data.

Content Creation & Editorial Execution

  • Concept, script, and oversee production of short-form video and static content.
  • Personally create and/or direct creator-style content that feels native, credible, and culturally fluent. You are comfortable and confident on camera, serving as a consistent, credible presence in social content.

Measurement + Optimization

  • Analyze performance weekly and monthly to identify trends, creative learnings, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations for content evolution.
  • Collaborate with Growth to test high-performing organic concepts in paid environments.
  • Continuously refine formats based on retention, shareability, and conversion insights.

What You Bring

  • 6–8+ years of experience in social media strategy and content creation, ideally within beauty, wellness, or science-driven categories.
  • Proven track record growing social platforms through strategic, insight-led content.
