About Ceros

At Ceros, you’ll help ambitious brands create digital experiences that people actually want to explore. Our platform gives marketers and designers the flexibility to design, build, and publish immersive content. All without code. With Ceros, teams move faster, scale smarter, and deliver work that makes a real impact.

Customers report engagement times that are 80% longer and conversion rates more than 20% higher on Ceros-built experiences. That kind of performance is why leading brands like Workday, Colliers, and McKinsey rely on us. Working here means shaping the future of digital experiences and joining a team that values bold ideas, creativity, and purpose-driven work.

The Role

We are looking for a data-obsessed and creative growth marketer to take full ownership of the Ceros website as a revenue-generating engine. We need a veteran marketer who can connect the dots between traffic, content, and revenue. You won’t just manage the site; you will orchestrate a high-performance engine, turning traffic into qualified pipeline. This role is essential for scaling GEO, SEO, product traffic, and overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities

Website Ownership & Growth

  • Own the strategy and performance of the Ceros B2B website, driving sign-ups, demos, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Use data to optimize site structure, messaging, SEO, speed, and conversion paths.
  • Use data to prioritize a global web roadmap, balancing "keep the lights on" maintenance with high-impact growth initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure the site reflects Ceros’s positioning and drives demand.

Full-Funnel Optimization

  • Test inventive pathways to drive the right users into our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions.
  • Map the end-to-end journey from first click to closed-won. Identify leaks in the funnel, specifically where high-quality leads drop off, and deploy rapid experiments to fix them.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to modernize how we identify intent and increase lead conversion (e.g., Deanonymization, Chat, dynamic personalization).
  • Drive a rigorous culture of experimentation, from ideation to launch, to identify scalable, repeatable growth levers.

Analytics & Data-Driven Insights

  • Own the "Source of Truth" performance reporting for the website, creating dashboards that track conversion rates, traffic quality, bounce rates, and pipeline attribution.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Tell the story of why a test won or lost and what we learned from it.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (XFNL)

  • Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Creative, and external agency partners. Partner closely with Product Marketing on messaging, Creative to ensure designs meet performance standards, Content on SEO-driven copy, and Sales/RevOps on lead quality and handoff processes.
  • Manage key marketing technologies related to the web (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Optimize/VWO, Hotjar).

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRO, or Web Strategy, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Testing Expertise: Deep proficiency with A/B testing methodologies and tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Mutiny, etc.).
  • Analytical Mindset: Expert-level knowledge of web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Heap) and the ability to derive actionable insights from raw data.
  • UX/UI Fluency: Strong understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and persuasive design. You don't need to be a designer, but you must speak their language.
  • CMS Familiarity: Experience working in headless CMS environments (Contentful, Strapi), including component-based content modeling
  • Pipeline Focus: You have successfully scaled inbound funnels using tactics that translate into measurable pipeline, not just vanity metrics.
  • Emerging Tech Fluency: A strong grasp of emerging channels like AEO & GEO. You know how to prepare a website for the future of search.
