About Concord

We’re an AI-first company building the Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure that will make traditional contract management obsolete. While others experiment with tools, we’re creating the protocols, connectors, and systems that will become industry standards.

We’ve already gained traction with 1,500+ companies and over 1M users—but we’re just getting started. The next phase will fundamentally change how businesses sell, support, and scale.

If you like moving fast, using the newest models, and solving problems no one has solved yet—you’ll fit right in.

Help scale Concord’s marketing engine.

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager who thrives on driving results across multiple channels. You’ll lead integrated campaigns that span events, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth initiatives—connecting Concord’s message to the market through data, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration. If you enjoy building programs, mentoring teammates, and optimizing how marketing fuels pipeline—you’ll thrive here.
This role is not for you if…

You’re looking for:

  • A narrow channel ownership role
  • A steady playbook that rarely changes
  • A purely executional marketing position

This role is for you if…

You thrive on:

  • Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable impact
  • Leading end-to-end event and webinar programs—from strategy to ROI reporting
  • Partnering closely with sales and success to align marketing with revenue goals
  • Turning insights into actions that optimize funnel performance and customer engagement
  • Mentoring teammates and improving the team’s operational rhythm

About the role

As our Senior Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of GTM AI, you’ll own Concord’s integrated marketing programs that accelerate growth and customer engagement. You’ll drive event strategy, nurture campaigns, webinar programming, and lifecycle initiatives that convert interest into pipeline and retention.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategy with execution, build scalable processes, and guide marketing programs from concept to measurable results.

What you’ll drive (missions, not chores)

Integrated Campaigns:
Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns that combine email, webinars, events, and content to generate and accelerate pipeline.

Event Strategy:
Lead planning, promotion, and follow-up for flagship events and industry conferences, ensuring measurable ROI.

Lifecycle Marketing:
Design and optimize nurture workflows for prospects and customers to increase engagement, upsell, and retention.

Webinars & Customer Programs:
Oversee Concord’s webinar calendar, from topic selection to speaker coordination and post-event performance analysis.

Analytics & Optimization:
Define KPIs, analyze campaign results, and recommend improvements to maximize performance across all channels.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with content, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on messaging and timing.

What you’ll bring
  • 6–8 years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech
  • Proven success leading integrated marketing programs and lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for brand consistency
  • Bonus: experience managing event programs or customer marketing initiatives

Why this is different
  • You’ll shape the next phase of Concord’s growth with direct impact on pipeline and brand visibility
  • You’ll work in a small, AI-first team where speed and creativity are valued over bureaucracy
  • You’ll help define the playbook for AI-powered go-to-market marketing
