About Engine

Engine is the AI-native platform for intelligent travel. For a decade, Engine has built the proprietary technology and supply behind modern business travel, serving over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, along with leading travel and AI companies that build on Engine's infrastructure. One system powers business travel, group travel, human agents, and AI agents.
That work has earned Engine recognition as TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), a spot on Inc.'s Power Partners list (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020–2026).
We're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high-caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar.
Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us.

About the Role

As Sr. Partner Success Manager, Lodging, you will own a portfolio of Engine's most strategic hotel chain, property management group (PMG), property ownership group, and key partner property relationships — serving as the senior relationship owner responsible for partner health, revenue growth, and the durable commercial performance of your book.

Reporting to the EVP, Supply & Strategy, you will independently own the operating rhythm and growth strategy of your lodging accounts: deepening rate and content coverage, growing consumed net direct revenue, driving direct share, and ensuring partners are activated and performing against plan. This is a relationship-management and growth role — your mandate is to maximize the value of existing partnerships, not to source net-new supply.

This is a high-ownership commercial role requiring strong judgment, organization, and executive presence. You'll work across Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations to turn complex partnership opportunities into delivered outcomes.

You'll own a larger, more complex book — measured by property count, revenue, and stakeholder complexity — and will independently engage senior hotel chain and PMG executives. You'll also serve as a model for partner cadence, commercial rigor, and best practices across the Partner Success team.

What You'll Do
  • Own a portfolio of strategic hotel chain, PMG, property ownership group, and key partner property accounts as the senior relationship owner
  • Drive measurable growth in consumed net direct revenue across your book through rate coverage, content depth, activation, direct share, and other commercial levers
  • Develop and execute account strategies based on partner performance, opportunity, and business priorities
  • Lead executive-level QBRs, performance reviews, commercial discussions, and escalations
  • Proactively diagnose underperformance and build data-backed plans to improve partner health and revenue
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities across existing partnerships, including additional rates, brands, properties, content, and marketing opportunities
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations
  • Support commercial negotiations and renewals, including preparing recommendations, tracking terms, and driving execution
  • Maintain rigorous account records, rate documentation, performance tracking, and partner plans
  • Bring lodging distribution, hotel technology, and connectivity insights into strategic partner conversations
  • Serve as a point of reference for PSMs by modeling strong partner management, commercial discipline, and operating cadence
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or a relationship-driven commercial role — ideally with a foundation in consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical environment
  • Proven track record of independently managing and growing complex, high-value partnerships
  • Strong commercial and analytical instincts with the ability to connect partner activity to measurable revenue outcomes
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex partner workstreams with limited oversight
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with senior hotel chain and PMG leaders
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with exceptional follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly proactive, independent, and builder-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and modern tools to streamline workflows and increase effectiveness
Nice to Have
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or lodging — including hotel chains, PMGs, OTAs, aggregators, or travel platforms
  • Familiarity with lodging distribution technology, connectivity, and how integrations impact commercial performance
  • Experience independently leading QBRs and executive partner reviews
  • Experience owning commercial negotiations, renewals, or strategic partnership planning

Applications for this role will be accepted through February 9, 2027 or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.
