Job Overview:

This role is an Sr. Analyst, Product Analyst position on our trading product team responsible for a new initiative to support our financial institutions supporting their trust and retail business through new unified capabilities.  As a trusted partner, you will drive outcomes, support cross-functional teams, drive strategy and contribute to the deep and thoughtful analysis that enables our leadership team to make informed decisions in our unified wealth platform.

For this role, broad experience in the complexities how broker/dealers, RIAs and trust departments operate and serves the needs of partner financial institutions is essential. A strong understanding of the complexities of financial services and the regulatory environment we operate as well as Agile management is critical.  This role will need to lead interactions with cross-functional teams internally and external business partners to drive key outcomes in support of our strategy.  Specific areas of expertise that are desired include a strong understanding of trust operations and technology platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across the firm to maintain alignment on vision, strategy, and performance to goals, approaching strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging critical thinking to increase the value proposition of assigned products and programs

  • Support in detailed requirements documentation across the program and help establish transitioning program level work to new domains/products within the organization

  • Support in creating help guides, our playbook, and other internal training materials

  • Act as POC for product marketing and creating content for marketing materials and external training materials and how to guides

  • Help in maintenance of materials to maintain and keep up to date as the program evolves

  • Support Product Owners across the program as needed from a development progression standpoint

  • Develop and monitor metrics to track the success of products and features and inform future iterations

  • Become the subject matter expert on our users and their needs and desires, through customer interviews, product analytics, user feedback sessions, and insight from internal partners

Requirements: 

  • 2+ plus years in hands on product experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

Core Competencies:

  • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to interact with partners, including developing, presenting and supporting program needs

  • Ability to work on a cross-functional team and drive outcomes, in some cases without having direct authority

Preferences: 

  • Trading platform experience

  • Agile and/or SAFe trainings and certifications

  • Knowledge of UI/UX fundamental principles

  • MBA preferred

  • Professional designations preferred (CFP, CPA, etc.)


 

Pay Range:

$88,900-$148,100/year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
