Base salary for this role ranges from $161,500 - $218,500 per year.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design/UX, with a portfolio that demonstrates design leadership and end-to-end ownership of complex product areas.
- Physically located in the NYC metro area and willing to work out of our office 2x a week.
- Proven experience in analytics, data-heavy interfaces, or financial/enterprise software . B2B products are a requirement!
- Strong ability to lead design direction and influence stakeholders across disciplines.
- Exceptional skills in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and usability testing .
- Comfort working in hybrid environments - able to thrive in remote collaboration while also leading in-person workshops, critiques, and strategy sessions.
- Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- A track record of mentoring and elevating other designers.
