Education Qualifications

  • MBA degree is a plus.

Work Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, technology solutions, or digital platforms
  • 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven success working with engineering, partner, and commercial teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of Software Engineering, modern AI and data platforms (GenAI, RAG, agents, analytics, automation).
  • Ability to translate technical innovation into scalable offerings.
  • Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Proven systems-thinking and integration mindset.
  • High organizational maturity and operational rigor.
  • Experience with Agile/Lean product development practices.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 50% of the time

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $170,000 - $195,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Position Overview:

The Senior Product Manager – AI Native Transformation is responsible for shaping, launching, and scaling WWT’s AI-native platforms, offerings, and go-to-market solutions. This role serves as the primary bridge between engineering, partnerships, and GTM teams, translating technical innovation into differentiated, commercially successful products.

The ideal candidate is a strategic product integrator who:

  • Bridges engineering innovation and commercial execution.
  • Thrives in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Brings strong outside-in market perspective.
  • Has experience building and scaling new technology offerings.
  • Balances experimentation with disciplined execution.
  • Is comfortable operating at executive, partner, and delivery levels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the AI-native offerings portfolio and roadmap from concept to scale.
  • Act as the central product integrator across Engineering, Partnerships, Enablement, and GTM.
  • Define and maintain offering “source of truth” (scope, value, dependencies, differentiation).
  • Align engineering delivery to offering commitments; drive cross-team prioritization and tradeoffs.
  • Bring outside-in insights (customers, partners, market) into roadmap and packaging decisions.
  • Partner with the Partnerships team to ensure partner integrations and joint offerings are aligned to product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Provide GTM/Enablement teams with the input needed to sell and deliver (messaging, case studies, offerings).
  • Track KPIs for adoption, reuse, delivery impact, and commercial outcomes; adjust accordingly.
  • Support portfolio governance, lifecycle management, and ROI business cases.
