You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and technology, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver high-impact solutions for our Marketplace business teams.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and execution. You will define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to bring scalable marketplace capabilities to life.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Identify opportunities to drive growth, engagement, and monetization across the marketplace ecosystem

  • Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements, business cases, and success metrics

  • Translate complex problems into clear, actionable product plans and features

  • Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations teams

  • Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform decisions and optimize performance

  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user feedback

  • Ensure alignment with company goals while balancing short-term wins and long-term platform scalability

  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, with marketplace and/or ecommerce product experience strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to own and scale complex, multi-sided products

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions

  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing initiatives

  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, product analytics tools, and agile development practices

Why Join Us:

  • Generous paid time off

  • Competitive medical, dental & vision coverage

  • 401K with company match for US

  • Company-paid life insurance

  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability

  • Access to mental health and wellness resources

  • Company-paid volunteer time to do good in your community

  • Legal coverage and other supplemental options

  • A value-based culture where growth opportunities are endless
