Compensation includes a base salary of $111,600.00 - $186,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Areas of Focus
- Product Discovery: Lead discovery to understand inventory data problems across the enterprise, including dealer segments and personas. Collaborate with business partners to align product strategy with business objectives. Partner with engineering, architecture, and clients to inform discovery. Balance long-term enterprise platform needs with short-term incremental value.
- Operational Execution: Translate strategic roadmap priorities into executable work using agile planning tools. Balance new feature development with technical debt reduction. Collaborate with Product Management and UX colleagues to ensure portfolio alignment.
- Agile Development: Apply agile methodologies in a complex, multi-solution enterprise environment. Build relationships across product, UX, engineering, architecture, and solution delivery teams. Ensure teams understand product vision and maintain a healthy pipeline of meaningful work that incrementally delivers value.
- Adoption Planning: Apply customer mindset to internal capabilities. Collaborate with product readiness, engineering teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and customer support to build go-to-market rollout and migration plans. Develop change management strategies, training approaches, and success criteria. Define what complete adoption looks like and track progress.
- Stakeholder Management: Navigate conflicting priorities across business units. Build consensus when groups have opposing needs. Manage up, down, and across in a matrix organization. Balance enterprise platform goals with individual product team needs.
- Client Engagement: Engage with internal and external clients throughout discovery to gather feedback on product ideas.
- Product Success: Define and monitor KPIs including data accuracy rates, sync latency between systems, inventory discrepancy resolution time, performance metrics, and adoption completion. Communicate insights and use results to inform roadmap priorities and continuous improvement.
What We Look For
Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years' experience in a related field
- 4+ years of experience in software product management or product marketing
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and system architecture diagrams
- Critical thinking skills to solve challenging problems for complex enterprise products; not afraid to ask hard questions to achieve the best outcome
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; can precisely articulate customer problems and solution value and effectively influence cross-functional teams
- Commercial mindset to inform product development and launch activities; can optimize shipping a portfolio of small/medium releases to large product launches
- Understanding of agile methodologies and how to drive complex initiatives forward in a multi-team environment
- Purpose-driven with the ability to motivate and excite others; constantly strive for continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with team members and customers
