Mysten Labs believes that decentralized and open protocols are the bedrock of the internet of value. This is why at Mysten Labs, we are creating foundational infrastructure to accelerate the adoption of decentralized protocols based on blockchain technologies.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to act as the strategic architect of our brand narrative and product positioning. As we expand the capabilities of the Slush wallet into the finance and investment space, you will define how the world perceives Slush. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Design, and the User, with a core mission to turn complex on-chain technology into an intuitive, high-trust financial experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Category Leadership: Define and own the strategic positioning of the Slush wallet as the premier Money App for Web3 and mainstream financial participants.

  • Voice and Content Strategy: Own the Slush wallet’s identity and end-to-end content strategy, ensuring a consistent, authoritative, and accessible voice across the app, social channels, and lifecycle communications.

  • Full-Cycle GTM: Architect and lead the go-to-market strategy for major 2026 product pillars, including investment tools, payment solutions, and identity frameworks.

  • The Trust Framework: Co-own with Product the education and content strategy to make complex financial offerings, such as yield-bearing strategies, intuitive and trustworthy for a retail audience.

  • Growth Partnership: Work in lockstep with the Growth Marketing lead to ensure our brand narrative and "Trust Framework" are seamlessly integrated into acquisition loops and funnel optimizations.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep competitive analysis and user research to ensure the Slush wallet stays ahead of both Web3 incumbents and traditional Fintech challengers.

  • Org-Wide Strategic Alignment: Synchronize Slush messaging with broader market narratives while championing the voice of the user to ensure all communications reflect the unique value and UX of the wallet.

What You’ll Have
  • 5+ years of experience in PMM at a top-tier Fintech or high-growth consumer technology company.

  • A master storyteller who can intuitively translate high-level technical capabilities and complex product value propositions into clear, emotionally resonant consumer benefits.

  • Proven track record of launching successful consumer products in global markets with a focus on feature adoption and user trust.

  • An obsession with user psychology—understanding why people churn and how to build "financial peace of mind" through product narrative.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

Regarding the recent rash of technology job scams: Be aware that emails from genuine Mysten Labs group recruiters will always come from the @mystenlabs.com domain or related subdomains (e.g., mystenlabs.com/careers). Remember: you can always verify positions on our job boards at www.mystenlabs.com/careers.

To support an efficient and fair hiring process, we may use technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help identify and evaluate candidates. All hiring decisions are ultimately made by human reviewers.

Our team is remote first and we are hiring across the world. Here at Mysten Labs, you’ll be joining a world-class team with tremendous growth potential as we bring the next billion users to web3. We raised a $300M Series B round from top Silicon Valley led venture funds like Jump Crypto, Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Binance Labs, Redpoint, Lightspeed, Coinbase Ventures, Electric Capital, Standard Crypto, NFX, Slow Ventures, Scribble Ventures, Samsung Next, Lux Capital, among other investment firms and strategic partners. Come join us and build the future of web3!
