Job
Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Program Manager
to lead complex customer engagements focused on AI, Data Science, and
next-generation agentic technologies. This role blends strategic program
management with hands-on technical leadership. The ideal candidate can navigate
between business discussions and detailed technical conversations, ensuring
alignment between customer needs and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage
end-to-end delivery of customer engagements, covering both technical and
functional dimensions.
- Work
closely with customer stakeholders to define objectives, success metrics,
and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate
with customers and internal technical teams to design and implement
scalable AI-driven digital transformation solutions.
- Lead
technical discussions with customers, guiding architectural decisions and
technology choices.
- Propose
robust technical designs, architecture and oversee their execution across
data pipelines, ML models, and AI systems.
- Identify
risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies for complex, multi-phased
projects.
- Drive
alignment between product capabilities and customer business goals.
- Provide
technical leadership in areas such as Python development, data engineering,
machine learning, and AI frameworks.
- Maintain
communication cadence with executives and technical leads to track
performance and progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+
years of experience managing technical programs in data science, AI, or
software products.
- Demonstrable
knowledge of Python and its data/AI ecosystem (NumPy, pandas, TensorFlow,
PyTorch, LangChain, etc.).
- Strong
understanding of AI agent frameworks, LLMs, and modern data architecture.
- Proven
experience in technical architecture design, solution reviews, and
implementation.
- Exceptional
communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability
to translate technical complexities into actionable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior
experience in customer-facing technical leadership roles.
- Experience
with AI orchestration tools or multi-agent systems.
- Exposure
to private cloud environments
- PMP
or Agile certification is a plus.
