The Senior Project Manager leads multiple complex projects, ensuring delivery aligns with organizational technology standards, business objectives, and user requirements. Operating with limited supervision, this role is responsible for planning, execution, and oversight of projects, including budgets, schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication.

This role also plays a critical part in advancing AI initiatives, ensuring responsible, scalable, and value-driven implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful execution of multiple large-scale projects
  • Ensure all IT solutions and services meet company standards and user requirements
  • Define and clarify project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
  • Establish and monitor project budgets
  • Identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Determine project team structure, roles, and responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
  • Coordinate activities across multiple organizational functions
  • Assign work and ensure deliverables are completed according to plan
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports
  • Communicate effectively with project sponsors, stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Ensure consistent project reporting and governance standards are met
 

 

AI Project Management & Governance 
  • Define and manage project roadmaps for AI initiatives, aligning technical milestones with business value delivery
  • Facilitate intake and prioritization of AI use cases, including feasibility assessment, data readiness, and expected ROI
  • Establish and enforce AI project governance, including documentation standards, model lifecycle management, and auditability
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party AI tools and platforms, where applicable
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors and senior leadership
  • Foster strong relationships across all lines of business
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members and stakeholders
  • Drive accountability and performance within project teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to or experience with AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives preferred
  • Certification in Project/Program Management preferred (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
 

Pay Range

  • $89,800.00 - $125,500.00  

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
